Close to Ninety Air Travels Linked to Epstein Reportedly Came to or from UK Airports

An investigation has found that nearly 90 aircraft journeys linked to the late financier Jeffrey Epstein allegedly arrived at and departed from British airfields, with some allegedly carrying British women who claim they were exploited by the convicted child sex offender.

Aviation Records Uncover Trail of Movement

These aviation records were part of thousands of court documents and files released by Epstein’s estate that have been made public over the past year. The review uncovered 87 flights connected to Epstein – encompassing many that were hitherto undisclosed – arriving or departing from British airfields between the early 1990s and 2018.

Onboard Individuals and After Guilty Verdict Travel

Unnamed “females” were recorded among the individuals entering and exiting the UK. Significantly, 15 of these flights involving the UK occurred subsequent to Epstein’s 2008 conviction for procuring prostitution from a underage person.

“This is ‘shocking’ that there had never been a ‘thorough probe in the UK’ into his dealings in the country,” remarked US lawyers acting for hundreds of Epstein victims.

UK Survivors and Court Cases

Testimony from one of the UK-based survivors was instrumental in convicting Epstein’s accomplice socialite Ghislaine Maxwell of child sex-trafficking in the US in 2021. However, that individual has not been approached by UK authorities, according to her attorney based in Florida.

In a statement, the London's Metropolitan Police stated they had “not been provided with any new evidence that would support reopening the probe.” They added, “If new and relevant evidence be presented to us, including any arising from the disclosure of material in the US, we will evaluate it.”

Continuing Document Release and Judicial Decisions

Proposed legislation to make public every document held by the US government in concerning Epstein passed the US Congress last month. The US justice department has until 19 December to follow through. Hundreds of thousands of papers are expected to be released.

Additionally, a federal judge ordered last week that the department could disclose case files from a trafficking prosecution against Maxwell, Epstein’s long-term associate, who is currently serving a 20-year prison sentence over the charges.
